Let's face it. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck,
and quacks like a duck, then it's probably a duck.
Whether they have red or blue feathers, party politics is mostly a game of duck, duck, Goose with a "What's in it for me?" culture that treats it all like one big party. And we're left to clean up the mess.
I grew up in District 32 and have made a difference in the lives of Seniors and Youth throughout New York City not by my connections or favors, but by good ol' hard work that I learned right here. My neighbors ARE my business and I always lead from the front. Your vote shouldn't be like playing a game of duck, duck, Goose. No one is looking to solve problems, They’re looking to profit from them. I live these problems with you everyday and I’m here to solve the problems with you. In addition to my platform, I want to institute the following:
Support local economy and small businesses by reinstating universal rent-stabilization for commercial tenants. Better access to lines of credit.Automatic home tax reduction at age 65 on the STAR/SCHE program.
I want to cut small business fines.
I want to encourage more local groups in District to start 501c3 organizations
I want to slash extraneous charges and fees on our telephone, cable, and utility bills.
I want a cap on interest rates. 30% used to be considered loan sharking.
Fund the Department of Sanitation to keep our street clean and our city healthy.
Bank fees, ATM fees. I’m coming after you.

Support the continuation and expansion of New York City’s WildlifeNYC program
